- We buy only completely non-working smartphones with an unbroken display, working touch and no physical damage.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a purchase. Every application is verified before approval.
- Do not courier your phone until we approve your application. You arrange and pay for the courier.
- The final amount is confirmed after we verify the shipment. Payment is made by UPI after verification.
- We may reject a phone that does not match the details and photographs you submitted.
- You confirm you own the phone and have the right to sell it, and that your data is removed or you accept it may be erased.
Privacy policy
- We collect your name, mobile number, optional email, location, phone details, photographs and courier details only to process your application.
- This information is stored in our private business records and used to contact you, verify your phone and pay you.
- We do not sell your information. Customers can see only their own application, using their Application ID and mobile number.
- To ask us to correct or delete your information, contact us through the contact section.
